Activate your card and update your details online

Activate Your Visa Debit and your Redicard Online

Members can now activate their cards themselves on line by logging in to Internet banking and clicking on the “Card Activation” option from the “other” menu. Type your card number and expiry date and your card will be active within the hour.

It is easy and fast. For security reasons please make sure that you have received both card and pin before activating your card.

Update Your Address and Contact Numbers Online

Members with Internet Banking Access can now update their address details and contact details on line by logging in to Internet banking and clicking on the “Contact Details” option from the “other” menu.

Click on which details you need to update: Address or Contact, then simply type in your new details and click on “update”.

We encourage members to always update their contact details with us to make sure that we can get in touch when required.
